Hi Tanner. Your best bet is probably Westsiderentals as they have just about all rentals on their site as it's free to landlords. Unfortunately most rentals are not on the MLS so most realtors won't be able to help. There are some property management companies such as Marine View Management that may also be able to help.

Hi Jason, The short answer is there isn't much of any damage due to wind or flooding as the buildings are all on the bluff and well above any storm surge range. Due to the buildings being oceanfront there are maintenance issues that come up more often than in other buildings due to the corrosive salt air, such as balconies needing replacement, repairs to siding and windows, etc. Overall most of the buildings are fairly well managed with ongoing maintenance to prevent any major assessments.
